Hello! I’m Lucía

I am a Clinical Content & Knowledge Specialist with 20 years of experience across the NHS (UK), medical publishing, and digital health. My work focuses on structuring complex clinical knowledge, developing evidence frameworks, and supporting decision-making in HealthTech, FemTech, and digital therapeutics.

I specialise in translating multi-system, individualized health insights into structured frameworks that can be applied in research, clinical education, and clinical decision support systems. This includes applying multi-system and mind-body frameworks, alongside AI and evidence-based clinical content, to make complex health knowledge actionable.

Currently, I am completing an MSc in Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology (cPNI), exploring how mind-body-immune interactions influence chronic disease, wellness, and personalized healthcare.

My career journey began in Valencia, Spain, before moving to the UK to train as a hospital pharmacist specialised in Mental Health. Over the years, I’ve transitioned from clinical practice to medical writing and then into clinical informatics and knowledge management, gaining a broad perspective across multiple healthcare domains. This cross-functional experience allows me to bridge the gap between science, healthcare delivery, and digital innovation.

I collaborate with academic teams, HealthTech, and FemTech partners to apply systems thinking and patient-centered knowledge in clinical and digital solutions. My work focuses on clarifying complex relationships, structuring evidence, and supporting reflective reasoning, empowering researchers, clinicians, and innovators to make better decisions.
